singer Jennifer Lopez and her husband, Ben Affleck, put their $60 million house in Beverly Hills, California on sale amid rumors of impending divorce.

According to TMZ , the artist couple is using real estate broker Santiago Arana from The Agency to sell the house they bought together last May. Arana is said to have been showing the house for about two weeks but still has no buyers asking to buy it. Sources say J.Lo and Ben are asking a price of about 65 million USD for the villa. At this price, the two stars will lose millions of dollars due to broker commissions and a new tax on super expensive real estate, plus money for furniture.

Representatives of the two stars have not yet commented on the house sale information. Earlier this week, several images of the home were uploaded to real estate marketplace site Zillow .

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck both bought a 43,000 square meter house in cash for $60.85 million in May 2023, 10 months after they got married in Las Vegas. The newly built massive house has 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms and parking for 80 cars. The house also has an indoor sports complex, bar, outdoor relaxation area, swimming pool and spacious grounds.

J.Lo and Ben are said to be living separately. The Gone Girl star was also recently discovered to no longer be wearing her wedding ring, increasing speculation that her marriage was broken.

Last month, a source told Us Weekly that Lopez and Affleck are “on completely different pages” now that the honeymoon phase is over. The newspaper reported that the father of three “did not agree with Jennifer’s lifestyle” and was tired of the marriage.
