While no news about John Boyega’s return as Finn was announced officially, a new theory suggests that he might come back to the franchise as a Jedi Master no less in the upcoming film.

While many hardcore fans may have disliked the latest sequel trilogy of the Star Wars cinematic universe, these movies were a gateway into the future of the franchise going forward, which was full of potential to make something new and continue the franchise’s legacy.

At the Star Wars Celebration Event in 2023, that potential was realized when the return of Daisy Ridley, who played Rey Skywalker in the last trilogy, was confirmed in the upcoming Star Wars: New Jedi Order. 

But fans were equally eager to know whether John Boyega, who played the role of Finn in the last series, would make his appearance in the upcoming film or not, something that the actress wished but didn’t know about.
