Miranda Lambert Teases Studio Version Of Unreleased Song “Actin' Up,” From Her Upcoming Album 'Palomino' | Whiskey Riff

Yesterday, Miranda Lambert teased a new unreleased song on her TikTok account that will likely be included on her forthcoming (unofficially announced) studio album.She most recently released her first single under Republic Records called “Wranglers,” which is a vengeful song with a  take-no-sh*t message that certainly harkens back to 2007 Miranda and hits like “Kerosene,” and this new one seems to also be in line with the Miranda we first met two decades ago.
The clip she shared featured a simple production, that seemingly finds her looking back on a breakup and how now that she’s gone, this guy finally sees her worth and how good he had it:

In terms of the direction of the new record, Miranda has previously said that it has a lot of steel guitar and a honky tonk feel, and she made it in Texas with longtime friend and collaborator Jon Randall, who produced it alongside her.
