Star Kate Winslet and director James Cameron are quashing speculation that they were feuding after filming ‘Titanic’.

James Cameron told Variety about actress Kate Winslet : “There was never a rift between us. Kate suffered a bit of postpartum depression when she finished playing Rose in Titanic . Kate and I acknowledged the fact that She immerses herself deeply in the role, leaving a lasting impression.”

For her part, Kate Winslet expressed: “There is a part of me that feels sad because of the stupid, speculative things at the time, overshadowing the real relationship between me and James.”

Kate Winslet (48 years old) once confessed in The Los Angeles Times in April 1997 (8 months before the movie Titanic came out) that people would have to pay her a lot of money to work with James Cameron.

In May 1997, Kate continued to tell this newspaper: “Cameron is so hot-tempered that you wouldn’t believe it… I think James knows he can’t yell at us like he did to the crew of the movie. me, because that would make our acting not good.”

The Oscar-winning actress went on to describe James Cameron as “a really hard person to shake” and that there were times when she was “really scared of him.”

However, at the time, Kate Winslet confessed that she finally “got him”.
