Taraji P. Henson is slated to host the 2024 BET Awards for the third consecutive year. The ceremony is set to take place live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on June 30th, airing on BET at 8 p.m.

Henson expressed her excitement about returning as host, stating, “I am thrilled to be returning as the host of the ‘BET Awards’ for the third time. I am also looking forward to celebrating my peers and the impact of our culture on entertainment.”

The event will feature performances by a lineup of talented artists including GloRilla, Latto, Muni Long, Sexyy Red, Shaboozey, and Victoria Monét.

Drake leads the nominations with seven nods, while Nicki Minaj follows closely with six. Usher, who is nominated for four awards including Album of the Year, will also be honored with the Lifetime Achievement BET Award.
