On Saturday, the Indiana Fever defeated the Chicago Sky by a final score of 71-70. The Fever picked up their second win of the 2024 WNBA season while the Sky picked up their fourth loss.

The top headline of this game was the first professional matchup between rivals Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. This game gave us many heated moments between Clark and members of the Sky. Chennedy Carter made a dirty play on Clark, shouldering her to the ground off-ball. Reese was also seen knocking down Clark while trying to get a rebound.

After the game, Sky head coach Teresa Weatherspoon held a post-game press conference with Kamilla Cardoso and Carter. When asked a question about Clark, they blatantly refused to answer.

“I ain’t answering no Caitlin Clark questions,” Carter said.

When the reporter persisted, coach Weatherspoon responded, “That’s enough. We’re good. She’s good.”

Videos of this refusal were posted online.

The Sky will look to get back on track as they face the New York Liberty on Tuesday, June 4.
