Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn flashes confident smile at NYC premiere of his new film Kinds Of Kindness – after breaking silence on their split

Taylor Swift‘s ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn made his first red carpet appearance this week after breaking his silence on their highly-publicized 2023 split.

The British actor, 33, attended the New York City premiere of his new film Kinds Of Kindness, which also stars Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons, at the Museum of Modern Art on Thursday night.

Alwyn — who was in a private, ‘fully committed’ relationship with Swift, 34, for six years — flashed a confident smirk as he posed for photos ahead of the screening

He suited up in a blue button-up shirt with a matching necktie and fitted blazer.

Alwyn completed the chic outfit with skinny navy blue trousers and shiny black dress shoes.

The Conversations With Friends actor’s golden hair was combed to one side and he sported light stubble for the occasion in NYC.

He posed for several group photos with co-stars Stone, Plemons, Mamoudou Athie, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley and Merah Benoit on the red carpet.

Stone, 35, happens to be a close friend of Swift’s and even received a writing credit on a song on the multi-Grammy Award-winner’s latest album The Tortured Poets Department.

Kinds Of Kindness is the latest film by Academy Award nominated director Yorgos Lanthimos and is a modern, black comedy anthology.

The premise is: ‘A man seeks to break free from his predetermined path, a cop questions his wife’s demeanor after her return from a supposed drowning, and a woman searches for an extraordinary individual prophesied to become a renowned spiritual guide,’ per IMDb.
