Caitlin Clark’s Emotional Two-Word Message Amid WNBA Journey

With the Indiana Fever getting some much-needed break, Caitlin Clark had the chance to go on social media and reflect on her hoops journey so far.

On Instagram, Clark looked back at how her career started, from being a young player who had dreams of becoming a pro to now becoming the most popular and influential women’s basketball star in the world.

Clark shared a photo of herself from her younger years when she was just starting along with another image of her wearing her Fever jersey. She captioned it with a two-word message, writing “Time flies.”

Caitlin Clark is just 22 years old, but she’s been hooping since she’s really young. In fact, when she was 13, she actually switched to playing in girls-only leagues and facing opponents that are “several grade levels in search of better competition,” per The Washington Post.

Now just a decade later, Clark is one of the biggest stars in the game. She dominated the college scene with her spectacular shooting ability, and is now trying to do the same in the pro ranks.

With the way the Fever star is playing–averaging 16.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 6.2 assists on 38.3 percent overall shooting–fans should be able to see Clark become a dominant force in the WNBA pretty soon as well.
