We had the story over the weekend about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift perhaps inching toward an engagement.

Since then, the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end and mega pop star were spotted on a romantic getaway in Lake Como, Italy. One of the photos from the trip was taken during what appeared to be a stroll, and has fans of both player and singer curious as to how to decipher it.

Blanca Cobb, a body language expert, says Travis and Taylor appear to be a “very affectionate” couple.

“Her left shoulder is right underneath his right armpit. They’re seamed at the side. That’s a really good sign,” says Cobb, essentially breaking down the Xs and Os of their relationship strategy. “He has his arm draped casually across her back, with his right hand on her shoulder. And then she’s grasping his hand that’s lying on her shoulder. That’s good. This means both of them want to be physically connected — and they are.”

Recently, a family source told Entertainment Tonight that “an engagement is coming sooner than later.” Maybe Kelce is already working on his proposal game plan?

“When you love somebody and you’re feeling that love in the moment, you find ways to touch. They’re physically right beside each other but they’re still touching one another,” Cobb said. “Their bodies are pretty much joined at the side as they’re walking. With time, you would expect a couple to get more relaxed with each other, but I still think that they’re very affectionate.”
